After years of successfully operating a beloved café shop, Ploy and Wolf began to experience the all-too-familiar symptoms of stress, anxiety, and burnout. Determined to find a healthier, more mindful, and slower-paced lifestyle, they embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery and self-healing. Their quest led them to the enchanting Himalayan region of Nepal.
Immersed in the rich and mystical culture of Kathmandu, they discovered a myriad of yoga and meditation practices that resonated with their souls. It was there, that they crossed paths with a revered teacher who introduced them to the ancient Himalayan Art of Sound Healing and Therapy. Under their expert guidance, they delved into the depths of this profound practice, learning to harness the power of sound for healing and restoration.
In 2016, eager to share this incredible knowledge with their community, they brought the practice of Sound Healing to Thailand. Since then, they have been organizing captivating sound meditation events in Phuket, Bangkok, and various other regions across the country. Their gatherings offer a sanctuary for individuals seeking solace, rejuvenation, and inner harmony through the therapeutic resonance of sound.
Recognized for their dedication and expertise, they are honored to collaborate with the prestigious Golden Temple Singing Bowl and Healing Center in Nepal. Together, they have developed comprehensive training courses that allow aspiring practitioners to master the transformative art of Sound Healing. To date, they have proudly certified over 200 students worldwide, empowering them to spread the healing vibrations of sound across the globe.
